Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS OF ITEMS

Item(s) can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. We do not offer refunds but you will receive a store credit.

Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we have received the return/exchange item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags. All items sent out by Avahnti will be sent in perfect condition and we are not at fault for what happens while your package is in the hands of our shipping carrier (USPS). Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. Your items must be unworn, in good condition and in the original packaging in order for you to be eligible for a return/exchange. 

Once a return has been issued, the item must be taken to the shipping facility (USPS) to be shipped back to us. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Once we've determined that your item is in good condition you will receive a store credit via email that can be used towards a future purchase.

FINAL SALE

Items purchased with coupon, on clearance, free gifts, discounted items, items purchased on promotion, body suits and white item(s) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES. They are FINAL SALE.

We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If you receive a defective item then your order is eligible for a return/exchange. Defective item(s) DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEM(S) THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, as we are not responsible for the package once we hand it off to our carrier.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Missing packages, Stolen Packages, Packages that state DELIVERED but you have not received:

We are not responsible, nor will we take responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of our carriers. If your packages are lost, stolen or you haven't received it but it states DELIVERED please contact the shipping company.

If you have any issues with your order after it has been stated DELIVERED please contact USPS or the shipping company that is attached to your tracking number.

IF GRANTED A RETURN/EXCHANGE, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we've determined that your item is in good condition you will receive a store credit via email that can be used towards a future purchase.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you that you receive correct item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@avahntiapparel.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and the email that was used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture/pictures of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

We will provide you with a 20% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All orders that we send out wrong will be corrected in a speedy manner.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it is NOT possible for you, or us to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes as well. 

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
